The Modular Housing Association Prairie Provinces represents all aspects of the modular housing industry.

- We represent over 175 members consisting of manufacturers, retail sales centres, multi-unit project builders, transporters, lease land community owners and developers, and industry suppliers of goods and services.
- There are many Financial Institutions, Government Affiliates and Associate Stakeholders.
- All Association Members abide by the Association Code of Ethics.
- The Board of Directors has established definitions for each category.
What We Do

Government Liaison
Work with all levels of Government on building codes, land-use bylaws, zoning, financing programs, and consumer concerns. Work to improve market access opportunities for modular built product.

Building Codes
Work with provincial technical committees, Canadian Standards Association, and the National Research Council to promote safety standards in housing and modular built product. |
Transportation
Promote safety while transporting modular and manufactured homes. Working to harmonize the conditions for the movement of modular and manufactured homes across the Prairie Provinces. |

Community Issues
Work to ensure fairness to both landlords and tenants, and to improve opportunities for development of modular and manufactured lease land communities. |
Financing
Work with financial institutions and mortgage brokers to improve consumer financing options. |

Information
